The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying Affidavit, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar to promptly proceed with the trial proceeding by framing charges of Case No.5206/2020 (State Versus Vimla Devi) arising out of NCR No.08/2018, Under sections 323, 504 IPC, pertaining to Police Station-Jaitpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar pending before him within stipulated time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest justice." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the case in issue is pending consideration since 2020 as also that applicant, who is a senior citizen aged about 64 years, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the case in issue expeditiously.
