Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State of U.P. and perused the record. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed inter alia praying for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most humble prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned Cognizance order dated 30.01.2021 as well as Charge sheet No.1/2020 dated-08.09.2020 in case crime no.03/2020, under section-3(1) U.P. Gangster Act, Criminal Case No. 61/2021, bearing name State V/S Ajmeri& Others, Police Station-Bashkhari, Distt-Ambedkarnagar which is passed by Special Judge (Gangster Act) District-Ambedkarnagar,in the interest of justice." After arguing, at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he does not want to press this application for the main relief sought and liberty may be given to the applicants to move bail application before the court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To the aforesaid, there is no objection. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to prefer an application for bail before the court concerned, which shall be considered and decided by the court concerned expeditiously, in accordance with law, by means of reasoned and speaking order.
