¶1Sri Amit Jaiswal, advocate, has put in appearance by way of filing vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no. 7 and the same is taken on record.

¶2Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, advocate, has put in appearance by way of filing vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no. 2 & 3 and the same is taken on record.

¶3Heard Sri Abhay Misra, learned counsel for the the petitioner, Sri Amit Jaiswal, counsel for opposite party no. 7, Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, counsel for opposite party no. 2 & 3, Sri Hemant Pandey, learned standing counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶4The instant petition has been filed with following reliefs:- i. Issue and order directing the Respondent no. 1 to decide the Review petition no. 3140 of 2023 Computer No. R20231046003140, expeditiously in time bound manner. ii. Issue an order for keeping the order dated 27.10.2023 passed by Court of Shree Rajneesh Gupta, Member, Board Of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow in the case of 'Neetu Singh and Another Versus Satanjay Verma' having Case No.- REV/2686/2021/Lucknow, Computerized Case No.- R20211046002686 in abeyance till the disposal of the Review petition no. 3140 of 2023 Computer No. R20231046003140, the interest of justice. iii. Issue an order for restoring the position as on date before passing of order dated 27.10.2023 till the disposal of the review petition preferred by the petitioner. iv. Issue an order directing the Court of Shree Rajneesh Gupta, Member, Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow to pass an appropriate order by hearing the petitioner in Review petition no. 3140 of 2023 Computer No. R20231046003140. v. Issue an order restraining the Respondent No. 2 & 3 from selling the land in question. vi. Issue such other suitable orders or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem just, fit and proper in the circumstances of the case so as to protect the rights and interest of the Petitioners; and vii. Award the costs of the Petition to the Petitioners.

¶5The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending consideration and the same has still not been decided. He added that the interest of justice would sub-serve if this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 1 to decide the Review petition no. 3140 of 2023 Computer No. R20231046003140 within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

¶6The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the contention aforesaid.

¶7In view of the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the respondent no. 1 is hereby directed to decide the Review petition no. 3140 of 2023 Computer No. R20231046003140, within a period of two months, from the date of certified copy is produced before it, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties, if there is no legal impediment.

¶8The aforesaid order is subject to cooperation of the petitioner.
