¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayers : "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially opposite parties no. 2, 3 and 4 to remove the encroachment from the Gata No.85 having area of 0.029 hectare situated at village Baijnathpur, Pargana and Tehsil Nanpara, District Bahraich, which is recorded as Chakmarg in the revenue records, in the interest of justice.

(ii). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3 & 4 to decide the matter in case no.T202308150206939 (Gram Samaj vs. Mohd. Sharif), in the stipulated time, in the interest of justice. ............."

¶2Considering the fact that the case is already pending, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.3 to decide the case no.T202308150206939 (Gram Samaj vs. Mohd. Sharif) in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months.
