23.3.2022, hence, the prayer for bail is made. Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant and submitted that the applicant is a bhumafia having criminal history of two more cases. From the perusal of the record, it is found that there is allegation against the applicant of executing a forge agreement to sale/ sale deed by impostering the first informant. 23..3.2022. Perusing the record, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegations, arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, I find it to be a case of bail. The bail application is allowed. Let the applicant Wasiullah who is involved in aforesaid crime be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned subject to following conditions.
¶1The applicant will attend and co-operate the trial proceedings pending before the court concerned on the dates fixed after release.
