¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite being entitled to regular salary, the salary paid to the petitioner is less and contrary to the rules, for which, the petitioner had made a representation before the respondent no.3.

¶2Considering the fact that the decision is to be taken by the respondent o.3, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3 along with a copy of this order, who shall decide the same, in accordance with law, with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of the application.
