¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition through proper petitioners as it is claimed that the money belongs to the brother of present petitioner, who is having appropriate licence of RBI. Since claim of petitioner is that the money belongs to his brother, therefore, presence of his brother is necessary.
