Petitioners have approached this Court with the prayer to restrain the respondents from raising unauthorized / force full possession over the petitioners' land in question. After arguing at length, learned counsel for petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners would be substantially met if case the appeal having no. T202304230406178 (Guddu and others vs. Vimal and others) under Section 35(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before Sub-Divisional Officer, Milkeepur, Ayodhya is decided expeditiously. In view of above, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Milkeepur, Ayodhya, is directed to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioners/ appellants by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four months from today. It is made clear that this court has not applied itself on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law.
