And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ripu Daman Shahi,Ajay Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent :- G.A.,Mohd Irfan Siddiqui Hon'ble Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J. Hon'ble Narendra Kumar Johari,J. Case called out. None appears on behalf of the petitioners. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the FIR dated 04.07.2023 bearing case crime number 0151 of 2023 registered with P.S. Alambagh against the Petitioners under Sections of 420, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860." Mohd. Irfan Siddiqui, learned counsel for the respondent, has pointed out the report dated
26.10.2023 sent by Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court. From a perusal of the report dated 26.10.2023, it appears that mediation between the parties has failed. After having examined the contents of the impugned F.I.R., we are of the opinion that the impugned F.I.R. discloses cognizable offence to have been committed by the petitioners, hence, no interference is called for by this Court in its extraordinary power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the F.I.R. or for grant of any interim relief to the petitioners and accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
