¶1Learned counsel for petitioner not presses the aforesaid application.

¶2Accordingly, the application is rejected as not pressed. (I.A. No.6 of 2023-Withdrawal Application)

¶1Learned counsel for petitioner submits that now the title dispute is decided in favour of petitioner by the consolidation court and he would be entitled to get the compensation.

¶2In view thereof, petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition, if so required.
