¶1No one appears on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition even in the revised call.

¶2The petition arises out of an order passed in the appellate proceedings, whereby the appellate proceedings was disposed off in the light of the directions given by this Court in Misc. Single No.5076 of 1987.

¶3It appears from the record that a review application was filed, however, neither the status of the said review has been informed nor I see any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

¶4The parties are at liberty to agitate their rights flowing from the execution of the will deed, if so advised.
