It goes without saying that the said recovery certificate has been issued against the petitioner on the basis of certain order. The said order is not under challenge in the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to file afresh petition with all the relevant documents. With the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
