¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that since the private opposite party has committed the criminal act, as has been indicated in his online complaint which has been annexed as Annexure No. 6 to the petition and the private party is trying to take possession over the property in dispute, despite the interim order being passed in favour of the petitioner, he may be given liberty to take appropriate legal recourse against private opposite party before the police/appropriate court of law.
