¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2At the very outset, Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with inasmuch as the representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 07.12.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Gonda as the instructions letter dated

07.12.2023 and the order dated 07.12.2023 along with other relevant documents have been placed before the Court, the same are taken on record.

¶3While taking final decision on the representation of the petitioner, a sum of Rs.3,45,919/- has been paid to the petitioner against his dues. The copy of the aforesaid order and the instructions letter are provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner, today in the Court.

¶4In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶5Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
