Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be to permitted to apply for the affiliation to the University for the next Academic Session i.e. 2024-25 and the petition may be disposed of by observing the aforesaid. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that it is open to the petitioner to apply for affiliation to run the B.Pharma Course for Academic Session 2024-25 in accordance with law, relevant rules and regulation as well as the government orders.
