This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court Lucknow Bench premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Appellant Nos. 1 to 4 will get lump sum Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only), full & final satisfaction of their claim in addition to the awarded amount from respondent No. 2. The respondent No. 2 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
