This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court Lucknow Bench premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Appellant will get Rs. 1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand Only), as full & final satisfaction of his claim, in addition to the earlier awarded amount, from respondent No. 4. The respondent No. 4 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then, the appellant shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount.
