This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court Lucknow Bench premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Appellant Nos.1 and 3 will get Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only), as full & final satisfaction of their claim, in addition to the earlier awarded amount, from respondent No.1. The respondent No. 1 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then, the appellant Nos.1 and 3 shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount.
