As per office report dated 24.08.2023, neither any Vakalatnama nor unserved notice has been received in the office yet. Therefore, service of notice upon appellant is deemed to be sufficient. No one appears on behalf of the appellant even in repeated calls. It appears that by the afflux of time the appellant has lost interest in pursuing the case.
