The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed inter alia praying for the following main relief:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the Charge sheet no. 3/2023 dated 12.9.2023 in Case no. 2946/2023 Crime no. 107/2023 U/ s 506 I.P.C. And 3(2)(5)A S.C./S.T Act, Police Station-Jankipuram, District: Lucknow, as contained in Annexure no. 1 to this petition." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application for the main relief sought and liberty may be given to the applicant to move bail application before the court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To the aforesaid, there is no objection. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer an application for bail before the court concerned, which shall be considered and decided by the court concerned expeditiously, in accordance with law, by means of reasoned and speaking order.
