¶1Heard the counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey who appears for the respondent no.5.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding to opposite parties to remove illegal possession encroachment to village panchayat land of public utility situated village pala, Pargana Gopamau, Tehsil-Sadar, District Hardoi, regarding enquiry dated 24.07.2023 vide letter No.26/PK/2023 Jansunwai No.20015523033430 submitted by deputy director of consolidation Hardoi, a photostate copy of the enquiry report is being annexed as Annexure No. 1."

¶3Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings for cancellation of the lease deeds were instituted and after they were finalized, the lessee have filed revision no.2670 of 2023 (Brij Lal and others vs. State of U.P.), which are pending consideration.

¶4In view of the said, the present petition is disposed off with direction to the revisional authority to decide the revision no.2670 of 2023 (Brij Lal and others vs. State of U.P.) with all expedition preferably within a period of four months.
