¶1This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court, Lucknow Bench premises. Vakalatnama filed by Shri M.K. Dwivedi, Advocate on behalf of the appellant is taken on record. Shri Brijendra Chaudhary, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent No.2 is also taken on record.

¶2The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award.

¶3Appellant will get Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) full and final satisfaction of her claim from the respondent No.2 in addition to award. The respondent No.2 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then the appellant shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount.

¶4Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of and the amount if any deposited in this Court be remitted to the Tribunal below.

¶5The record of Tribunal, if received, shall be remitted forthwith.
