¶1Sri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, Advocate has filed power on behalf of respondents no.2 to 4 today and the same is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for Lucknow Development Authority and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶3Petitioner has move an application for sanction of map before the development authority which is pending since April, 2023. The Nazool officer of the department itself has to give the No Objection Certificate with regard to the land. Surprisingly, the said certificate is not being issued/decided upon by the Nazool department.

¶4In the given circumstances, respondent no.3 Nazool Officer, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow is directed to take a decision in the matter and provide No Objection Certificate to petitioner forthwith provided there is no legal impediment within three weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him.
