¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against his continuation at a district, which is far away.

¶2It is claimed that the petitioner has moved a representation for seeking transfer to various places where he claims that the posts are lying vacant.

¶3Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner at this stage, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.1 who shall take a decision on the request of the petitioner in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks.
