Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the material brought on record. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 4 to attest forthwith the signature of the petitioner as Principal in Sri Ram Nayan Upadhyay, Panini Sanskrit Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Sonpur, Deorakha, Pratapgarh.
