¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Opp. Party no. 2; Commissioner Evam Registrar, Co-operative, Lucknow to pay salary from

07.07.2021 to 18.07.2022 to the Petitioner as early as possible within stipulated period, in the interest of Justice."

¶2Considering the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy under section 70 of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to avail such remedy, if so advised, in accordance with law.
