¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that he has not been paid the salary for the period for which the petitioner had worked prior to 2004. The relief for reinstatement has also been sought.

¶2Considering the nature of the allegations levelled in the petition, coupled with the fact that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of approaching the concerned authority under section 70 of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, the present petition is disposed off relegating the petitioner to avail the remedy under section 70 of the Act, if so advised.
