¶1After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant may be permitted to move appropriate reply as well as application before the court below.

¶2In view of above, the application stands disposed of with the liberty to the applicant to move appropriate reply as well as application before the court below within two weeks from today. It is also expected from the court below that, in case, any such reply or application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
