¶1It is informed by the counsel for the respondents that an order was passed on 17.03.2023.

¶2The counsel for the petitioner states that no such order was received. A copy of the said order has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner in the court today.

¶3In view thereof, the counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the said order.
