The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite having retired in the year 2020, retiral dues have not been paid to the petitioner. It is alleged that the respondent no. 3 is empowered to pay the retiral dues. Considering the fact that the decision has to be taken by the respondent no. 3, the present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application before the respondent no. 3, who shall decide the same in accordance with law and ensure that the funds to which the petitioner is entitled be paid to him expeditiously by passing an appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the application.
