¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Sri Rajeev Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the opposite parties has stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶3Sri Rajendra Singh Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact and has also stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with.

¶4Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
