The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying Affidavit, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/F.T.C IInd, Gonda, to promptly proceed with the trial proceeding of Criminal Case No. 170368/2010 (State vs. Mohd. Shareef and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 368/2010, Under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 D.P.Act, pertaining to Police Station-Khargupur, District-Gonda, pending before him within stipulated time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of pendency of case in issue i.e. about 13 years as also that statement of PW-1 was recorded on 14.08.2014, present application is disposed of with direction to trial court to conclude the proceedings in issue, expeditiously, say within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if possible and if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
