¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to opposite party No.2 to 5 are dispensed with.

¶3The petitioner by way of filing this petition has prayed for the following relief:- "To issue order or direction thereby commanding/ the opposite party No.- I to decide the Complaint Case Case No. 459 of 2014 having CNR NO. UPGD040009932014, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, District-Gonda, Smt. Archana Devi Vs Manoj Kumar & Others, expeditiously, preferably within 4 months."

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complaint case is pending for the last nine years (since 2014), the statements under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. have been recorded and list of witnesses have been filed but still the court below is not taking any interest to expedite the matter.

¶5In view of above and considering the innocuous prayer made in the petition, the writ petition stands disposed of however, the court below is directed to conclude the pending Complaint Case Case No. 459 of 2014 having CNR NO. UPGD040009932014 preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
