The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate Nawabganj Barabanki to decide the application dated 03-06-2023 (contained as Annexure No. 3) filed by opposite party no. 2 and 3 in case no. 44/90518 of 2023 under section 145 Cr.PC, pending before him expeditiously as soon as possible in the interest of Justice." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case including the order passed by the trial court dated 13.07.2023 passed in Regular Suit No. 22 of 2022 (M/s Apna Ghar & Others vs. Dhramanand & Others), present application is disposed of with direction to Additional District Magistrate, Nawabganj, Barabanki, to make all endeavour to dispose of the application in issue, most expeditiously.
