The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that despite a request for filing up the vacancy that has arisen in the Class III posts and there being a recommendation, the matter is ceased with the Director of Education and he has to take a decision in the light of the law considering the Government Order dated

07.12.2023. Considering the said submission and the fact that the matter is pending for consideration before the respondent no. 2, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 to take a decision in terms of the recommendation and in accordance with law, while doing so, he will take into consideration the Government Order dated 07.12.2023 also. The said order should be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
