¶1Heard Sri Uma Kant Gupta, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not ant to press this writ petition as petitioner has already deposited the outstanding amount and hence no further dipute subsists in the present petition.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the aforesaid contention made by learned counsel for petitioner.
