¶1Heard Sri Shikhar Anand, learned counsel for the appellant and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

¶2By means of the present appeal the appellant has assailed the judgment and award dated 15.02.1993 passed by the District Judge, Raebareli in land acquisition case No.22 of 1991 dismissing the reference of respondent No.1 in appeal.

¶3It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that other appeals arising out of the same notification have been dismissed by this Court, and one of the judgment of this Court related to the said notification is of First Appeal No.1/1996 which has been dismissed by this Court dated 19.09.2023, copy of the said judgment has been produced and is taken on record.

¶4In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant at Bar and following the judgment of this Court passed in First Appeal No.1 of 1996 dated 19.09.2003, the present first appeal is dismissed. Order Date :- 11.12.2023 NS High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
