¶1Sri Kamlesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has sent illness slip.

¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has shown the order 8.12.2023 passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Jahagirganj Mandal, Ayodhya, Ambedkar Nagar, Tehsil Aalapur, the same is taken on record.

¶3Sri Tiwari has informed that the mutation proceedings have been decided in terms of order of the writ court.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶5Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
