Sri Rajnish Kumar Singh, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents/Lucknow Development Authority. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayers:- "(i) Issue an order or direction in the nature of Mandamus. commanding the opposite party no.--2 to issue direction to his office for earliest mutation and execution of free hold deed, regarding the house No. E--21/C--1, LDA Colony, Kanpur Road Yozna, District-- Lucknow, in favour of the petitioner, who is a senior citizen, in accordance with the procedure and law in the stipulated and time bound period, in the interest justice.

(ii) Issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party no.--2 to this writ petition to decide expeditiously the impugned application in shape of complaint dated--03/10/2023, i.e. the Annexure No.-7 to this writ petition, already submitted by the petitioner, before him, which is still pending, without any further delay, in time bound period, to meet the end of Justice." Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to make a fresh detailed representation to respondent no.2 - Vice-Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Head Office, Vipin Khand, Gomit Nagar, Lucknow raising all his grievance, annexing therewith a copy of this writ petition along with annexures and all the documents in support of his claim within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. In case such a representation is moved by petitioner, respondent no.2-Vice-Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Head Office, Vipin Khand, Gomit Nagar, Lucknow shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is placed before him. It is made clear that this court has not applied itself on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law.
