¶1Shri Anil K.Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5 has filed affidavit of compliance, same is taken on record.

¶2In terms of the order dated 28.11.2023, an affidavit has been filed showing the compliance of the payments as claimed in the writ petition, the said fact is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
