¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

¶2The petitioner has challenged the order of suspension dated

07.06.2023 whereby, a show cause notice-cum-suspension order was passed against the petitioner.

¶3On perusal of the said, prima facie, it appears that on the basis of complaints made by as many as 32 persons and on other allegations, the suspension order was passed.

¶4Considering the nature of the allegations levelled, I do not deem it appropriate to exercise my jurisdiction at this stage. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a reply to the show cause notice. The licensing authority shall thereafter proceed to pass a final order after considering the submission and the material that may be placed by the petitioner in response to the show cause notice with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of reply strictly in accordance with the Government Order dated 05.08.2019.
