¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 and 4, Mr. R. K. Upadhyaya, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties no.2 and 3 and Mr. Shubham Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.5.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to conduct interview of petitioners with regard to ongoing selection for the post of Dental Surgeon (Screening) Examination, 2023.

¶3After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioners on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
