Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. Petitioner has approached this court claiming that he was awarded an patta in the year 2010 but till date possession of the same has not been provided to him. It appears that concerned S.D.M. has also passed administrative orders that action be taken in accordance with law. Learned Standing Counsel on instruction states that there is a dispute with regard to validity of patta of the petitioner. In the given circumstances, petitioner is permitted to make a detail representation before the respondent no. 3-S.D.M., Akbarpur, district Ambedkar Nagar within a period of two weeks from today alongwith certified copy of this order. Respondent no. 3 shall consider and decide the representation regarding validity of patta claimed by the petitioner. In case, the S.D.M. finds that there is a patta in favour of the petitioner, he shall do the needful and take the matter to a logical conclusion unless there is any legal impediment.
