Sole ground taken for filing the review petition with delay is that the applicant was suffering from high cholesterol. Such ground cannot be a ground for delay in filing the instant petition as the High Cholesterol does not impact the movement of a person in any manner, thus, the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit is not found to be satisfactory. Application is rejected. Consequently, the review application is also rejected.
