Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's case for compassionate appointment in view of the fact that his father late Subhash Chandra Guru passed away in harness on 9th June, 2023. For the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner has already submitted application/representation dated 28th October, 2023 which is still pending consideration. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No. 2 i.e. Director General of Police (Telecom), U.P. Police Radio Headquarter, Lucknow is directed to decide representation dated 28th October, 2023 within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted before him.
