Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State-respondents. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i) Issue a writ, order in nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner without lodging the first information report against him and not to interfere in his peaceful life and liberty without adopting due process of law." Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that petitioner's identity is being used by some persons to lodge complaint against other persons repeatedly. Enquiries are being conducted by the authorities against the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a detailed representation has been made before Superintendent of Police, Shravasti which has been sent through a registered post on 23.10.2023, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure no.1 to the writ petition. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Shravasti to look into the grievance of the petitioner as raised by him in his representation and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
