¶1There is a delay of 555 days in filing the present appeal as against the order impugned herein which grants liberty to the appellant for availing the statutory remedy available under law.

¶2For want of a satisfactory explanation, we do not see any good reason for condonation of delay which is inordinate. The appeal is delayed in respect of the parent order as well as review.

¶3The application seeking condonation of delay for filing the appeal is accordingly rejected. Consequently, the special appeal is also rejected.

¶4However, it is provided that if the statutory remedy as provided by the writ court is availed of within a period of one month from today, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law on its own merit.
