¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.5 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 4.

¶2Admittedly, petitioner has earlier filed a writ petition raising the same dispute with regard to his standing trees being cut and no compensation being paid for the same. The said aspect is considered by this Court in order dated 30.09.2022 passed in his earlier filed Writ-C No.6925 of 2022. Now the fresh writ petition for the same relief is not maintainable.
