Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the Gram Panchayat has submitted that the present petition filed by the petitioners in public interest is premature, inasmuch as the proposal for allotment, if any, under Sections 125 and 126 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under scrutiny. In case the petitioners have any objection against the inclusion of any ineligible person, they may be well advised to take up their grievance before the scrutiny committee or the Gram Panchayat for that purpose.
