Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel representing Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow and perused the record. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has made the following main prayer:- " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no.2, 3 & 4 to take necessary action upon the execution of order dated 19.10.2020,annexed as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition, expeditiously within the stipulated time, as may be fixed by this Court." Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of petitioner would be substantially met if the case of petitioner for the said purposes is considered and decided in a time bound manner. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. In view of above, respondent no.2, i.e. Secretary, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Rajya Niyojan Sansthan, Naveen Bhawan, Kalakankar House Road, Old Hyderabad of Lucknow is directed to expedite the execution proceedings and complete the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is file before him.
